Dr. Laura Onafowora is research coordinator and assistant professor, Department of Educational Leadership, Research and Technology, in the School of Education at North Carolina Central University since 1998. She is lead researcher for the Effectiveness of the Blackboard Course Management System Project. Onafowora received a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. Her research interests include educational measurement of student learning, teacher efficacy, educational research, and educational program evaluation.
