All Conference Sponsor opportunities will be awarded on a first-come basis, so please respond as soon as possible if you would like to sponsor an activity at the 2007 UNC TLT Conference.

Conference Bag ($3500)
This attractive, high-quality conference bag will be used by each participant during the conference and can be used long after the conference is over! You will receive the following benefits:
- Your company name, logo, and web address prominently displayed on the front of the bag.
- One piece of your company’s promotional material placed in each bag.
- Two complimentary conference registrations that include entry to all sessions and food functions.

Sponsor Presentation ($2500 for 50 minutes; $1500 for 30 minutes)
Sponsor presentations provide great exposure and visibility by allowing time for you to showcase your products and services in a session room presentation. There are a limited number of 50-minute and 30-minute sponsor presentation slots available, and they will be offered on a first-come basis. We provide the advertising, signage, room, and A/V for your presentation. Take advantage of this opportunity to showcase your company's products and services to conference attendees who are interested in learning more about you! You will receive the following benefits:
- One (for a 30-minute presentation) or two (for a 50-minute presentation) complimentary conference registrations that include entry to all sessions and food functions.

Table-top Exhibit ($1500)
Your company will receive an eight-foot draped table located in an area considered to be the hub of the conference. There are a limited number of tabletops, so reserve your space now!

Conference Padfolio ($2500)
This dual-tone 8" x 10.25" executive organizer with zipper closure includes a pad of paper and inside pockets for pens and business cards. Participants will be using this during the conference as well as back at the office. You will receive the following benefits:

Lunch Sponsorship ($2000) — two available
Lunch will be served at the conference on Wednesday and Thursday. No lunch speakers will be scheduled, so you will enjoy great exposure during these special sit-down meals. You will receive the following benefits:
- You will be invited to say a few words (10 minutes or less) about your company's products and/or services.
- A sign on each table with your company name, logo, and web site address.
- Two complimentary conference registrations that include entry to all sessions and food functions.

Reception Sponsorship ($2000) — two available
The reception at the end of the day is a great chance for full exposure! You will receive the following benefits:
- You will be given the opportunity to welcome the attendees personally over the microphone and say a few words (10 minutes or less) about your company.

- Two complimentary conference registrations that include entry to all sessions and food functions.

Internet Stations ($2000)
The internet stations are in constant use by the participants during the conference and offer a great opportunity for displaying your company logo. You will receive the following benefits:

- Each of the computer stations will be branded with "Internet Stations made possible by (your company name)."

Sponsor Workshop ($1500)
The 90-minute sponsor workshops offer hands-on experience for 15 conference participants. The computer lab where they will be held is a short walk (5 minutes) from the conference hotel. There are a limited number of 90-minute workshop slots available, and they will be offered on a first-come basis. You will receive the following benefits:
- One complimentary conference registration, which includes entry to all sessions and food functions.

Conference Breaks Sponsorship ($750)
Conference breaks present an opportunity for participants to acquire a drink, a snack, and some stamina. Signs featuring your company logo in the break area will let participants know that your company provided them with the extra boost of energy they need to get them through each day. In addition, during both the Wednesday and Thursday afternoon breaks, you will be given an opportunity to have a drawing with the gift of your choice. This will give your company added visibility at the conference. You will receive the following benefits:
