Dr. Jayfus T. Doswell is a distinguished professor of biotechnology at Elizabeth City State University. He also co-directs the IEEE Virtual Instructor Pilot Research Group (VIPRG) www.viprg.org, a 30 member international research group for developing standards for building virtual instructors for interactive mixed reality learning environments.
