Dr. Jayfus T. Doswell is a distinguished professor of biotechnology at Elizabeth City State University. He also co-directs the IEEE Virtual Instructor Pilot Research Group (VIPRG) www.viprg.org, a 30 member international research group for developing standards for building virtual instructors for interactive mixed reality learning environments. He also chairs for the Virtual Instructor and Juxtopia Urban Learning Technology conferences. He is published, worldwide, in various IEEE journals/conferences in learning technology. Dr. Doswell received his Ph.D. in from George Mason University.

DuVall previously directed the Center for Wireless and Mobile Computing; OWLS (Online Wireless Learning Solutions); and the ARPA/TRP Defense Industry Partnership Project.
