Matt is the Assistant Director of the Technology Advancement Center at East Carolina University. He was previously Assistant Director of the Center for Wireless and Mobile Computing. He served as coordinator on pilots for campus safety and distance learning. These range from personal alert and location systems, wireless nomadic networks for transmitting video from the field to campus classrooms, content on mobile devices, and to distance education research projects.
