Check Your Personal Details
By Monday, January 14, please check that the details of your personal profile are correct, as much of this information will be published in the printed program and/or online.
Check Your Session Details
By Monday, January 14, please check that the following elements of your session(s) are up to date:
- Title
- Abstract
- Audio/Visual Requirements
- Additional Comments
- Presenter Information
As with Personal Details, much of the information provided in your session details are published in the printed and online program. Please check your Title, Abstract and Presenter Information for accuracy. If you have questions about these session details, please notify Faith Dabney at 252-353-2040 or fdabney@northcarolina.edu.
Notes:
- When proposals are submitted, the web site automatically truncates presentation titles and abstracts that exceed the maximum allowable length (120 characters for the title, and 150 words for the abstract). If the text in either of these fields has been cut off, please make appropriate adjustments.
- As noted on the proposal page, the following audio/visual equipment will be available in the presentation rooms: Internet access, computer with Windows XP Professional/Office XP, video/data projector with screen, and microphone. If you did not do so at the time of proposal submission, please let us know whether you plan to attach your own computer rather than using the one provided, and request any additional AV resources that you will need.
- Questions about audio/visual equipment may be directed to Faith Dabney at fdabney@northcarolina.edu.
Sign the Authorization Form
- Record your presentation.
- Publish your presentation and associated materials on the conference web site.
Note: Signatures of all presenters, or of their proxies, must appear on the form. For example, a single presenter can sign on behalf of each of the other co-presenters, if necessary.
Completed forms should be faxed to 910-815-4189. If you are unable to download the form, or you have questions about it, you can contact Faith Dabney at fdabney@northcarolina.edu.
Register for the Conference
By Monday, February 18, please register for the conference. All presenters AND co-presenters who will attend the conference must register and pay the appropriate registration fees.
Registration fee information and our cancellation policy are available in the Registration area of this web site. Questions about registration may be directed to tltconf@northcarolina.edu.
Reserve a Hotel Room, If Needed
