Upon submission of your conference registration form, you (or your organization) are responsible for paying your registration fee regardless of conference attendance. This includes registrations paid by credit card, check, or purchase order — all purchase orders will be invoiced.

If you must cancel for any reason, please contact Faith Dabney, fdabney@northcarolina.edu. If your cancellation is received by Friday, February 28, your registration fee will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after Friday, February 28.
